No. Bring a team of 4 currently enrolled students from recognized Indian colleges.

Only for the Grand Finale at Bangalore Palace. The preliminary round is fully online.
Travel and accommodation arrangements for finalists are to be announced.
A working prototype. The finale is for presenting, demonstrating and judging, not building from scratch.
Participation in the online preliminary round is 100% free of charge. Any fee for the Grand Finale will be announced.
Pre-existing work stays with participants. Terms for work created during the hackathon will be published before registration closes. Using HackCulture does not transfer ownership.
